HITAB is a manufacturing company with a strong position in the market in Karlskoga. We have been growing steadily for a long time and see continued stable growth ahead. We are now looking for a Production Coordinator who wants to be part of our team and contribute to developing and improving our production.

About the role

As a Production Coordinator, you will ensure that our production runs smoothly by monitoring deliveries, planning, and solving problems as they arise. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and management to ensure that we deliver on time and with high quality. You will also be responsible for writing verification documents for our end products and ensuring that all documentation is correct and follows the product. The role requires a structured and solution-oriented person who ensures that things get done.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven individual – not necessarily someone with a long resume. For us, the most important thing is who you are as a person. Many of the role's tasks are specific to our type of business and will be taught on-site if prior experience is not available. We see a strong candidate in you who is:

As the role involves writing documentation and communication in both written and spoken form, it is important that you have a very good command of the Swedish language.

Previous experience in production or logistics is an advantage but absolutely not a requirement – we value the right attitude and drive more than specific background.
